Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your At Peace account by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated data from our systems.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, schedule history, submitted work logs, care notes, and all personal data will be permanently erased.

Include your registered email
In the email body, include the email address associated with your At Peace account so we can locate and delete the correct account.

Confirmation
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Your authentication credentials
- Job schedule and appointment history
- Submitted work logs and daily care notes
- Uploaded documents and files
- Any saved preferences and settings
