At Peace Home Companion Services LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the At Peace mobile and web application (the "App"). This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

Your role on the platform (employee, client, or admin)

Job schedule and appointment data
Work logs, daily care notes, and form submissions

Create and manage your account
Schedule and coordinate home companion care services
Enable employees to submit work logs and track job progress
Allow admins to manage schedules, clients, and staff
Communicate with you about your account or services
Improve the performance and functionality of the App

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and Storage).

Within the platform, certain information — such as employee names, client names, and schedule details — is visible to authorized admins and assigned employees as necessary to deliver care services.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see Account Deletion below).

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at:

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. We use Google Firebase's built-in security features to protect stored data.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users 18 years of age and older — including adult clients, employees, and administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
